Description
Damson Cottage is a beautiful playhouse. It is ply lined so the inside is just like the plastered walls of a real house. Often seen in our raised playhouse climbing frames this playhouse is also available as a stand alone traditional playhouse.
Buying a Design Create Play playhouse or climbing frame
We like to work with our customers to ensure that what we are building for you is going to be a seamless and trouble-free process.
Often the best way to start is to give us a call (01404 598328) or drop us an email at info@designcreateplay.co.uk. We can talk through the options and possibilities with you, and discuss the specifics of you garden.
In many cases a visit to site can be useful. We’ll bring a tape measure, some blank paper, and plenty of photographic examples of our work for you to look at. We don’t charge for making site visits. Usually at the end of a visit it is possible to give you a price. Sometimes it may be necessary to go away and work up a design and a quotation.
Once you are happy with the design and proposal we will raise our Sales Order. We ask for a deposit of 40% of the value of the order. This can be paid online direct to our bank account, or we can take card payments over the phone, and as long as our bank still takes cash we’re happy to accept that too!
There is a facility to pay through the website, but we’d really like to talk to you first.
Once a sales order is in place and a deposit has been paid we will make the product in our workshop. We aim for a delivery and installation within 4 weeks of ordering, at busy times this may be a little more but is almost always within 6 weeks.
We deliver and install all our playhouses and climbing frames ourselves. Most playcentres are installed within one or 2 days. Large bespoke projects may take 3 or more days to build in your garden.
